In at least four states Hillary Clinton has paid lawyers to file preemptive lawsuits against citizens who plan to vote for Donald Trump on Tuesday. She is claiming they plan to suppress Democratic voters when they’re at the polls next week. With Clinton falling behind in the polls her campaign is showing the sort of strategy we might see if she fails to win on Tuesday — a state-by-state legal challenge to subvert the will of the voters.
