Clearly Mark Cuban likes white girls…

It isn’t a stretch to imagine that had Mark Cuban run for the GOP nomination he might have beaten Trump. These posts will attempt to explore what the Democrats and media might be saying about Cuban if he were the GOP nominee for president. I’ve taken real headlines from various media organizations and replaced Trump’s name with Cuban’s.

Is Mark Cuban a Racist? — The New York Times

If elected Mark Cuban will be the first president in the last twenty years to be a self-admitted racist. Just two years ago Mark Cuban admitted to Inc. Magazine his prejudices and bigotries related to African-Americans. He explained,

“If I see a black kid in a hoodie and it’s late at night, I’m walking to the other side of the street. And if on that side of the street, there’s a guy that has tattoos all over his face–white guy, bald head, tattoos everywhere–I’m walking back to the other side of the street. … I know that I’m not perfect. While we all have our prejudices and bigotries, we have to learn that it’s an issue that we have to control, that it’s part of my responsibility as an entrepreneur to try to solve it, not just to kick the problem down the road.”

Cuban made the comments as he came to the defense of Donald Sterling, the owner of the LA Clippers who famously recorded telling his girlfriend, “Don’t bring black people to my games.” Under pressure from the African-American community Cuban was eventually forced to apologize to Trayvon Martin’s family for the reference to “black kid in a hoodie”.

While Donald Sterling was eventually banned from the league for his racist comments, Cuban’s arguments give reveal to us how the billionaire might deal with discrimination if he is ultimately elected president. For example, he argued that if Sterling was kicked out of the league for being a racist the NBA would be facing a slippery slope — they’d be required to kick homophobes, anti-semitics, and xenophobes from the league and so on. The fact that Mark Cuban thinks the NBA should provide a voice to racists, homophobes, anti-semites, and xenophobes should worry the American people — we can’t risk four years of a racist in the White House.

*Note: I personally don’t think Mark Cuban is a racist. I think he’s a good guy who cares about people of all races. This piece is designed to show you what the Democrats and the media would be saying about Mark Cuban if he was the GOP nominee. Trump, Cruz, and Rubio aren’t racists either — despite what we read on a daily basis.
