1. The Berlin Brothers, 1963

When the wall of Berlin went up in 1961, two brothers were separated from each other. Almost three years later, on Christmas 1963, the Eastern German government agreed to open up the wall so that friends and families could meet. Here is a picture of those two brothers reuniting after three years apart.
