We don’t really know much about the private lives and sexual preferences of many of our history’s greatest men. We often like to believe that those men lived exemplary public, as well as private lives. However, that’s not always the case.
After doing some research, I’ve compiled a list of five great men from world history who had the most bizarre and unusual sexual fetishes. Give it a read, and let me know what you think.
1. Mahatma Gandhi — India’s Founding Father
It’s not a secret that Mahatma Gandhi, one of the founding fathers of India, was involved sexually with his grandnieces. He used them as a replacement for his walking stick in the morning and then slept with them naked at night. Gandhi thought that it was necessary to conduct this “so-called experiment in celibacy” in order to achieve higher levels of spirituality.
After getting accused of being immoral, Gandhi wrote a letter to Vallabhai Patel and said,
“For me, Manu sleeping with me is a matter of dharma (moral duty),”
