The Beatles are broadly viewed as the most renowned and compelling band of the twentieth century. After forming in Liverpool in 1960, the group made an initial tour in the red-light district of Hamburg, Germany.

There were five at the time: drummer Pete Best, lead guitarist George Harrison, and bassist Stuart Sutcliffe co-led by John Lennon and Paul McCartney.

Instantly before recording their introduction single “Love Me Do,” Pete Best was terminated and supplanted by Ringo Starr, who joined Lennon, McCartney, and Harrison to turn into “The Fab Four.”

But Only McCartney and Starr were passed on to carry on the Beatles’ brilliant but complex heritage — one with an extremely dark side.
