Claims of time travelers’ encounters with historical figures are a fascinating but obscure corner of the internet.

Although there is no physical proof for these claims, beyond claims of mobile phones in historical paintings and photographs. Yet, many people think time travelers have visited our past.

Despite the lack of proof, some of these claims are entertaining. Time travel theorists can say there is plenty of circumstantial evidence for visitors from other eras. Skeptics will dismiss this evidence as hearsay and imagination run wild.

Christopher Columbus’s Close Encounter

Logically, time travelers will try to observe the most pivotal historical events. Hence, an obvious target for time travelers is Christopher Columbus’s first voyage from Spain to the Caribbean.

Interestingly, UFO buffs note there are vague reports that Columbus and his crew saw unidentified flying objects. However, the evidence of these claims is slight.
