The obvious answers: Gaza, Ramallah, Nablus, Jericho, Hebron, Amman, Aqaba, Damascus, Beirut….etc. These answers trigger a series of derivative questions.

  • Are Gaza, Ramallah, Nablus, Jericho, Hebron part of Palestine?
  • Is Amman part of Palestine? The British called the area west of the Jordan river West Palestine and the land east of the Jordan East Palestine, renaming it Transjordan after putting an Arabian family on its throne. Which is why…
  • King Hussein said “Jordan is Palestine” in 1981. So the 2.5 million Palestinians living in Jordan with Jordanian passports can’t be refugees. How can you be a refugee and a citizen of the state you live in? But UNRWA, the UN’s 75 year old “temporary” refugee agency that’s turned 700000 refugees into 5.6 million, says they are.
