In the 1960s, CBS’ popular sitcom, Hogan’s Heroes, ran for 6 seasons and won two Emmys. In a prison camp of WW2, Hogan, a US Air Force pilot, alongside other Allied teammates, would ruin the ventures of a pathetically inept Third Reich. Handsome, talented, and well-reputed, Bob Crane, following his murder, would fascinate and enthrall the public with lurid details of blood, sex addictions, illicit affairs, and pornography.

After ‘Hogan’s Heroes’ had stopped airing, Crane was having a hard time getting cast in something else of much significance; his show was pulled after a mere 13 weeks on air.
