At 16 years old, Zachary Latham moved in with his grandparents in Vineland, New Jersey. There, the boy soon developed strange feelings for his neighbors, especially 51-year-old veteran William T. Durham. William had complained to Zachary’s grandparents about how Zachary recklessly drove around the neighborhood.

After the complaints, Zachary’s grandfather had a talk with his grandson and warned him against reckless driving. In addition, Zachary’s grandfather insisted that Zachary should apologize to William for his behavior. Zachary did apologize to William, but his apology was in no way authentic.

He never stopped his habit of driving recklessly around the neighborhood. In fact, it seemed that William’s complaints had escalated this unruly behavior. William was very infuriated by the outcome. He described that Zachary had forgotten about his concerns like a dementia patient.

Following that incident, the relationship between Zachary and the Durham family became heavily strained for two years. Zachary often got into arguments with the family, and slowly by slowly, tensions rose.

Zachary found joy in instigating fights with the Durham family and saw it as an opportunity to create content.
