This Man Killed a Willing Volunteer and Ate His Body With a Glass of Red Wine

On the morning of December 10th, 2002, a police search in Rotenburg, Germany, uncovered a fascinating case of cannibalism. Investigators discovered a very wild fantasy shared between two men. Armin Meiwes wanted to eat a human, and Bernd Jürgen Armando Brandes, wanted to be eaten. And the police found out how their fantasy become a reality.
A four-hour video recording of the whole procedure showed :
- How Meiwes amputated Brandes’ penis using a knife
- How Meiwes cooked Brandes’ penis, served it on a plate, and shared it with Brandes
- How Meiwes read his Star Trek book as he waited for Brandes to bleed to death
- How Meiwes proceeded to slit Brandes’ throat
- How Meiwes dismembered Brandes’s body, cooked and ate him along with some sprouts, potatoes, and red wine
The video was so horrible and disturbing to the extent that the police locked it away forever.
And, Meiwes went on to feast on the body of his victim for almost ten months. He consumed more than twenty kilograms of Brandes’ body before he was arrested in December 2002.
