The Ukraine War could soon end because neither side has the resources to continue the fight.

Ukraine’s armed forces are as short of manpower as the Russian military. Like his Russian counterparts, Ukrainian Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi tried to transfer 5,000 Air Force Personnel to Ground Forces (Army) units, Ukrainska Pravda alleges.

Air Force officers leaked Syrskyi’s plan to Ukrainska Pravda to stop their units from being depleted, The Kyiv Independent claims. “If we carry out the order of the 11th, which was sent to us by the commander-in-chief, the manning of units will drop to 40%” an “anonymous source” told Ukrainska Pravda.

However, Armed Forces General Staff spokespeople deny Ukrainska Pravda’s charges. Yet, the General Staff is reassigning some Air Force personnel to the Ground Forces. However, news reports claim specialists and people trained on foreign-made equipment are exempt from the transfers. Instead, the Air Force is mothballing older Soviet-built planes such as MIGs and transferring their ground crews to the infantry.

Hence, the situation in Ukraine’s Ground Forces resembles that in the Russian Army. News reports claim Russian generals have transferred air force ground crews, drone operators, and sailors from the aircraft carrier Admiral Kuznetsov to the infantry and sent police SWAT…
