Forget all the reasons why it won’t work and believe the one reason why it will.

“Health is the state of complete physical , mental and social well-being , and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” — WHO

The internet today is filled with blogs/vlogs of “How to get the perfect six packs in 3 months” .

But is it really possible for a 26 year old working professional , who has a real job other than just working out in the gym , who cannot have his lunch quantified in calories , one who does love to have a thin crust cheese burst pizza at Dominoes at times … with some stuffed garlic bread :)

I am an Indian and we love to eat .

But one fine day he decides to have a change , gets a gym subscription , pair of Reebok running shoes , adidas track pants , even a wrist sweat band , a Fitbit if he can afford , installs all the fitness android apps .

And he hits the gym next day early morning .. continues for a week and then all the equipments back in his wardrobe and he is back to his old life .

The question remains “What if he would have continued for a longer duration ?”

This is the question we are going to answer through this publication , what could happen if he continued for … say 5 months .

So , the publication “Health and Fitness” is in fact an experiment , where we would observe a person transform his health in all natural way and what is the extent to which he could transform .

We need a lab rat .

Good news , we have one , it’s me :)

Yes your author could be the perfect lab rat . A 26 years old Software Engineer , who weighs 124.2 Kgs , 177.8 cms in height , giving me a BMI of 39.3 , getting me into the category of Obese .

Sounds to me like a perfect lab rat .

Will this experiment be a success ?

No idea , As any other experiment we can conclude that only on the judgement day , I have chosen it to be 17–10–2016 .

Yes , that gives us 159 days (a little more than 5 months) .

Now you as a reader can do two things -

  1. Stick with me on this journey , help me , and let’s together achieve our common goal “FITNESS”.
  2. Discontinue reading , and get back after 159 days and regret about not being a part of the journey .
