Morning Exercise-

  • Running/Brisk_Walk = 0.23/1.15
  • Broad Pushups — 22
  • Bench PushUp — 10
  • Tricep Pushup — 10
  • Crunches — 15
  • Biceps Curls(17Kgs)- 15

Breakfast

  • 1 glass Sattu
  • 2 boiled eggs

Lunch

  • Curd Rice

Snacks

  • Was tempted to go to Dominos and ended up eating Stuffed Garlic Bread and a cheesy :(

Dinner

  • 1 glass lemon juice .

Cigarettes — 4

Evening Exercise -

Played Badminton for 1 hour 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm , So , burnt almost all the calories I gained at Dominos :)
