I recently learned that this post was not collecting information properly. Not sure why, but any input submitted in the Google Form did NOT come through. The survey is no longer embedded, and it will work properly.
The request form for the assessment tool did not allow for submissions correctly (MY FAULT in setup!).
Both now work correctly!
Introduction
I enjoy working with organizations to help their teams grow their Excel skills. Whenever I undertake one of these projects, I ask the group to complete a “Excel Skills Assessment” survey. The results are compiled (one example above) and clarity around where to focus our efforts quickly becomes obvious!
The assessment survey consists of 41 questions across basic, intermediate and more advanced topics. By design, the advanced type questions are minimal — this tool was developed for the everyday Excel user.

If you want to give the assessment a go — I have included it below.
If you complete the assessment (link included), I will provide a comparison of your results to the broader average of a selection of compiled responses. The summary will be provided in a PDF via an email.
This is useful in helping understand where your skills are strong or where there is additional opportunity for improvement.
