iStroll: A unique spin on fitness

A group fitness class in a park is a fairly ordinary event — unless the participants are lifting weights in front of their baby strollers.

These mothers are trying to simplify the challenge of staying in shape as a new parent. iStroll brings parents together to exercise by incorporating children (and their strollers) into workout classes.

The owner of iStroll Macon, Mamie Simmons, explains why instructing this standout program was a good fit for her, and why participating may be a good fit for you.
