I found this story while browsing Vox.com and found it interesting because it was looking into an event that happened last year and following up with important details of the impending trial. The trial has since occurred and Roof was sentenced to death.

Not only does this article give insight into Roof’s impending capital punishment and his choice to represent himself, this article compiles a lot of data and information from different outlets into one place.
