Brady is still under contract for the 2022 season with Tampa Bay. Apparently, they thought he might return — which explains why the Bucs didn't pursue Deshaun Watson.

Tampa Bay’s Response to Tom Brady’s Return

Bruce Arians — the head coach of Tampa Bay — had a two-word response to Brady's return.

Total excitement.

Long story short: because Tom Brady is returning, Tampa Bay will once again be a contender to make it to the Super Bowl. Free agents know that — making Tampa Bay an attractive destination for players.

The Bucs General Manager has already announced plans to "reload the roster." Tampa Bay wants one more Super Bowl with Brady, and apparently, they convinced him they would make the necessary moves to make that happen.

Twitter and the Tom Brady News

Twitter lost its mind when Tom Brady made the announcement. Just when the NFL world was getting used to the idea of a season without Brady, he decided to turn things upside down.

Just when all the other NFL quarterbacks thought they could breathe a sigh of relief — Brady took their breath away once again. He crushed their hopes and dreams and rewrote the script.

The NFL sure knows how to remain relevant even during the offseason.

Tom Brady has us all excited for the 2022 season. Get ready NFL — Brady is back, and he's shooting for the Super Bowl.
