UGA is back in the CFB Championship and my blood pressure is as high as ever. I know there were many people expecting a blowup but as a die hard UGA fan, that’s the type of win we needed at this point in the season.

UGA practically blew out anybody they faced this season outside of the few games in which they played down to their competition.

Hats off to Ohio State for almost giving me a heart attack. CJ Stroud is the real deal and will be just fine at the next level. Marvin Harrison Jr will continue to be the best receiver in college football and its not even close. Hats off to Ryan Day as well, he got his team ready to play and almost pulled off an epic upset on a crazy day in college football.

This UGA team is different. People thought they should have came into the season ranked number one but that wasn't the case. This team had to once again prove it was the best team in college football. Stetson Bennett stepped his game up to another level and the defense looks as good, if not better than last seasons.

The reason why I say UGA needed a game like this is because they needed a good scare. Let’s be honest, this UGA team didn't play its best. They made timely plays but this is far from the UGA team that I know. The secondary got torched because the Bulldogs pass rush couldn't get to Stroud enough. Whenever he was able to escape the pocket, he made play after play whether it was with his arm or with his feet.

Next up for UGA is TCU, a team that many thought didn't belong but I’ll say this; that TCU team has ballers. Max Duggan isn't a slouch and will be in the NFL real soon. Quentin Johnston will hear his name called in the first round of the NFL draft. The secondary for this Bulldogs team will need to show up. The pass rush for this Bulldogs team will need to show up. On offense, the Bulldogs need to play mistake-free football, continue to pound the ball like they have been all season and make sure to protect Stetson Bennett. This 13 point spread is something I’m not a fan of because we didn't play like a team that deserves a 13 point spread. This UGA team is one step away from making history. Hopefully the scare against Ohio State lit a well needed fire under this team to go out and do what they're capable of doing. In closing, I would like to say…Kelee Ringo, you're a talented corner back, first round draft pick for sure. Don’t get caught looking at the quarterback or you’ll have yourself another long day at the office.
