The First Letter : Do You Deserve Happiness ?

Dear Mia, You asked me today if I believe you deserve happiness?

My answer to it on the days that I am sad, like today, is that all the people who’ve never intentionally hurt anyone’s soul indeed deserve to be happy.

(But on other days when I am brimming with the spirit of love and life, and all that the good green Earth has to offer, my answer is that no one, not even the most wretched human on the planet deserves to not be happy. )

But coming back to you…

What I want to know is, why do you feel the need to ask this question of me ?

Does it mean that you aren’t sure whether you have earned the right to be happy ? Where on Earth do you plan to earn this from if not from within yourself ?

Have you intentionally been hurting a human soul
