Joseph, you’re a believer, like your father. Sure, you question authority (like your father), but in the end, your faith is strong.
I’m so proud of you for getting baptized last month. And like I said in your confirmation blessing, you decided to get baptized knowing much more about what it entails than most other eight-year-olds.
You are wise beyond your years.
And obedient. Take, for instance, your absolutely awesome in-kind donation. I didn’t even know you had done it until the second counselor showed it to me.
Did they sell it? Hell no! It’s on display in the clerk’s office as a perpetual reminder of a young man’s faith.
