Why We Love Facebook ?

Facebook, to Vanishing White Matter Disease (VWM) community is more than a social connection with people. As an aunt of a child with a VWM, Facebook is our salvation. It’s our connection to a world of people who have an knowledge and understanding of this rare disease. It’s our connection to parents who are the best specialists and advocates.

Thanks to Facebook, we have met other parents of children with VWM and together we are stronger. Because of Facebook, my niece has “VWM sisters and brothers” all over the world.
