One of the things that Belgium lacks is open places on Sunday but when you know that you have a place like pain quotidien at least your brunch worries fade away

It is definitely not cheap given the bio products they use but the food is very tasty

My absolute favourite things is the forest fruit cheesecake, but let’s leave dessert for the end

The fresh made raspberry lemonade is a delight. Not too sweat nor too sour but just right to wait for your food

I love a lot the Toscana plate, offers a mix of Italian specialties combined with the locally made bread.

Dana always enjoys getting a soft boiled egg for breakfast so she was extremely happy to actually find out that they would still serve the Manhattan breakfast when we arrived

And yes, we also have Grety to which the food is never enough, he started by ordering a mix of soup and smoked chicken dished followed by a plate of toast with chicken

And at the end we come back to that amazing cheesecake better said THE CHEESECAKE

And in case (which would be unimaginable) you don’t like cheesecake here some other awesome dessert options

And what else goes with this better than a cappuccino (dear Italian readers I do strongly apologise I had cappuccino after 11 )

And so a great Sunday brunch ended and we headed over to our next place for the day 😊
