Participating in the Second Levana Testnet Trading Competition

We are thrilled to announce the second Levana Testnet Trading Competition, an event specifically crafted for all of our esteemed Discord Channel members. The competition promises a week of excitement, strategy, and a chance to test your trading skills in a safe and stimulating environment.

How to Participate?

Participation in the Levana Testnet Trading Competition involves a straightforward process. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

1. Create a New or have an existing wallet with Leap or Compass. This wallet will be your competition wallet and is critical for maintaining the competition’s fairness and transparency.
2. Post Sei Wallet Address: Once your wallet is set up, register its address along with your Discord and Twitter handle here: https://wkf.ms/3Mwu97q 🚨 This step is crucial to confirm your participation in the competition. 🚨
3. When the competition starts on Sunday, June 18th at 12 Noon UTC, Navigate to the trading competition page: https://beta-sei-competition.levana.exchange and connect your wallet.
4. Tap the Levana Faucet ONCE: To fund your wallet for the competition, tap into the Levana faucet only once. This ensures an equal starting point for all participants. The faucet on the trading competition will only work once, but if you need more gas you are free to use any 3rd party faucet.

Please note that you must abide by the following rules throughout the competition:

• No External Fund Transfers: You are not allowed to transfer any funds into or out of the competition wallet. The only fund addition should be from tapping the Levana faucet. (this should be blocked on the contract level, but still don’t try it)
• Open or Close Positions: As a participant, you have the liberty to open or close as many trading positions as you want, long or short. This flexibility allows you to strategize your trades according to market trends.
• Position Updates: Feel free to update your positions as many times as you want during the competition period.

Competition Timeline

The Levana Testnet Trading Competition will commence on Sunday, June 18th at 12 Noon UTC and will run for 7 days. All positions will be automatically closed at the end of the competition. In order to ensure they are closed at the expected price, please ensure to close all your positions manually before the end of the competition.

Prizes and Recognition

Yes, there are exciting prizes to be won! With a $250 first prize and 9 other prizes (all paid out in ATOM).

Remember, all trading during this competition is happening on a testnet. The funds and gains involved are testnet funds and hold no real monetary value. However, the prizes for the winners are real!
