LV1 — Digital Equity Token
The LV1 token Digital Equity Token (DET) represents tokenized share equity of Level01 Global Limited, the holding company of the Level01 platform. LV1 allows its owners all the exclusivity and beneficial rights accorded to shareholders of the company such as capital growth, dividend sharing and equity upside.
LV1 is issued and listed by Fusang.co, a licensed securities exchange in the offshore jurisdiction of Labuan. Fusang had previously launched a 3B digital bond for one of the largest banks in the world. Fusang is regulated by the Labuan Financial Services Authority (LFSA).
The LFSA performs stringent evaluation on all securities issued from its jurisdiction, and the company has passed all legal and financial audit requirements necessary for issuance. Investors benefit from a transparent fully regulated framework that protects both retail and institutional investors, as well as the issuing company through a comprehensive investor know-your-customer process.
