Although it might seem like innovation equals technology, it should be known that it doesn’t. Innovation provides women’s organizations with a space for learning and experimentation on beneficiary centered approaches. There is no significant difference in innovation between genders. Women’s employment increased, including for mothers with kids, which shows that gender inequality has improved. According to standford.edu “Gendered Innovations stimulate gender-responsible science and technology, thereby enhancing the quality of life for women, men, and non-binary people worldwide.” There are many ways to help achieve gender-equality. You can educate yourself on facts relating to gender equality, such as the Pay gap disparity or gender stereotypes. By knowing about these things it becomes easier to fight them and stand up against harassment. Everybody deserves the same amount of rights and nobody should be treated differently.
