Within 6 months I visited about 20 countries. In addition to the interests of an ordinary traveler, I was worried about the lives of local entrepreneurs, people involved in start-ups.
Although I will characterize them a little differently: people who are kicks of life, and they always have the opportunity to buy a stylish suit for their dog.
I’ll start with the last trip — “Prague Safari”.
I always knew that in Europe there are quite a few people with money that allow them to buy real estate or open a business in the area. As a rule, they have a solid business experience in the Russian Federation, which has been successfully used elsewhere.

A local entrepreneur is easy to recognize by the quality of “Open minded”. Here people constantly expand the base of friends, not limited to communication with Russian-speaking partners. Meetings with actors and prominent scientists for them — a thing in the order of things.
It would seem that an entrepreneur is a busy man! But if you have a desire to build a joint project — there is no problem. These guys are always open to something new, especially if there is a resource of one kind or another.
Building partnerships does not require special problems. On a table is laid out:
The idea, the resource of each participant, a small plan. Then each of the future partners begins to transfer the “ball-action” from one hands to another.
So what is the difference from local relations?
It’s simple: in Russia the first place is enrichment in the shortest possible time, a lot of money, little action. If something goes wrong — the partner becomes a reason of a failed business.

The European approach: the construction of a clear business process, the quality of the product.
Marginality and profit may not be very high, but permanent, and every stage of work should be amenable to automation.
That is: thinking about the future and create a resource base. In accordance with the developed scheme, activities could be expand: for these purposes, an investor or a credit of up to 10% per annum is involved.
