Why LG? 249 Years of Combined Experience!

It’s said that we’re living through The Great Resignation, and I can understand why. Labor is tight, demand is strong and team members have gotten used to working from home and the accompanying lifestyle. Employees have more choice and greater capacity in dictating the terms of employment now than ever before.

That said, there are many arguments for staying where you are. At LG Electronics, many members of our hospitality team have worked from home for decades. They’ve also enjoyed the benefits and programs of working with an organization of LG’s scale, including perks like access to the employee store!

All the above could explain why LG’s hospitality team members are among the most experienced and longest tenured in hospitality, but I don’t think that’s the whole story. I believe our team is so strong because every member of our team is so strong!

From Mike Kosla’s leadership outward (not downward) to every member of the LG’s outstanding sales team, quality pervades. Mike has built an organization of individuals who thrive on challenges and share an appreciation for respectfulness, innovation and genuine client care. Each member has purposely established and nurtured relationships with property managers, REIT teams and representatives of the flags to understand the vision and needs of each respective group.

In doing so, they’ve brought the feedback, ideas and direction back to LG’s in-market application engineering team who, in turn, have created solutions for our United States customers. The facilitation of customer feedback in hospitality in this way differentiates LG Electronics.

Additionally, the stability of our team is a great resource to our clients. We know one another and understand one another’s business so whether it’s time for an order, a question or support help, the learning curve is virtually non-existent, and the answer is typically forthcoming very quickly.

I am proud to be an 18-year member of a team that has more than 240 combined years with LG Electronics and likely another century or more in hospitality technology. It’s part of why clients choose LG and why employees do too!
