About Us.

Hello. We are a group of four UCSC undergrad students. We all come varying social science majors, but have one thing in common — for one reason or another, we all decided to minor in education.

During this 2015 Fall Quarter, the four of us found ourselves in an Education course titled “Education, the Media, and Society.” For our course, we were assigned to gather in groups by our interests. Our task was to analyze media representations and how these media representations play out in the Education sphere. Our interests happened to revolve around LGBT persons and their representations of media.
