Libellum LTD and its team are excited to announce the successful closing of our Private Investment Round valued at $400,000 (~ 2,000 ETH) from various private equity firms, large manufacturers, and angel investors.
Over the past few months, we had to push back our token sale date due to various reasons:
- Market conditions were not ideal during our previously chosen token sale date (September & October). In order to minimize the risk for investors, we chose to delay our token sale until end of Q4.
- Finalize our initial smart contract and conduct an audit of our code & SC by a third-party security firm. We will release our smart contract details and audit report later this week.
- We wanted to present our project and alpha platform to private investors, manufacturing and logistics companies, and other people in our professional network.
Our team has a combined experience of over 20 years in the logistics and supply chain industry. We used this opportunity to showcase Libellum to our network, customers, and companies in our industry.
During the period of August through October, we have successfully conducted our seed funding rounds in Europe, Hong Kong, and the Middle East to raise a combined private investment of $400,000.
The investment was made in both the Libellum platform and in our parent company Libellum LTD Hong Kong. Investors will receive a combination of company equity & LIB tokens for their investment.
Following our successful private investment round, Libellum can proceed with the platform development and start the process of the token pre-sale on the 15 November 2018.
