The Libellum Pre-Sale Whitelisting is Now Open
Libellum is pleased to announce that the whitelist registration for Private Presale is now OPEN!
The Libellum Presale (Private & Public) in collaboration with WeStart, will be live on the 1st September 2018. We are almost ready but you can now prepare for the KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure that we need you to pass in order to join our token sale. We strictly abide to laws and regulations and have therefore partnered with WeStart who provide an easy and fast solution for us.
WeStart KYC Tier 3 Verification Guide
To be eligible for the Libellum tokensale, all users must pass KYC Tier 3 Verification on WeStart. It may take anywhere from 24–72 hours so we ask you to sign up already so that you can join our tokensale on 1st September right away.
Step 1:
Go to WeStart website (https://www.westart.co/) to register an account and click on “Sign up for WeStart”.

Step 2: Fill in your particulars. Email and password will be used for future signing in.

Step 3: Upon clicking Sign Up, you will receive an email confirmation. Go to your email address to activate your account or by clicking the “Login to your account” button.
Step 4:
Once your account is activated, you are immediately KYC Tier 1 verified. For the airdrops, you’ll need Tier 2 verification, while for the private/public presale, Tier 3 KYC verification must be passed.
Step 5:
In the WeStart dashboard, go to “My Account” and under Tier 2, click on “Upload Document”.
Step 6:
Fill in the “Identity Verification For Token Events”.
Step 7:
Fill out the form to complete Tier 2 KYC (Know Your Customer) information to be able to get whitelisted for the Libellum Airdrop.

Fill in Personal information
- First Name
- Last Name
- Birth Date
- Nationality
- Document Number
- Document Type
- Document Expiration Date
- Document Front Side (JPG, JPEG, PNG)

To participate in our token sale we need you to pass Tier 3 KYC. In the WeStart dashboard, go to “My Account” and under Tier 3, click on “Get Verified”.
Step 11:
Type in your telephone number and request a verification code by either receiving an SMS or a call.
Step 12:
After verifying your telephone number fill in your address and country of residence. Please note the following countries are excluded to participate in our sale:
- United States
- Singapore
- China
After filling in your address details you need to provide a proof of residence. This could be a household or utility bill or a bank statement. Upload a proof of residence as a .jpg, .jpeg, .png with a maximum file size of 2MB.
Click on SUBMIT and wait for confirmation that documents have been uploaded and verification provided.
You are all set! Verification can take up to 72 hours so please be patient.
