Following today’s launch of our Pre Sale and our upcoming ICO in December, we wanted to provide a step-by-step guide on the Whitelist and KYC process.
Important: Before we proceed with the guide, we want to point out that our Smart Contract will only accept funds from addresses who are whitelisted. This is to prevent fraudulent attempts or any other measures to harm Libellum and/or its investors.
Pre-sale & ICO Process
Both phases will work in the following way:
- Interested investors register for Whitelist & KYC by submitting all the relevant documents.
- Submissions are reviewed by our team. Successful participants are informed that they can start investing. If your KYC is successful, your participation is 100% guaranteed.
- All documents and personal data will be deleted once the token sale is complete.
Whitelist & KYC Guide
- On our website (https://www.libellum.io), click on JOIN ICO to head to the main token sale page. You can also visit the page directly: https://ico.libellum.io
2. On our token sale page, click the KYC & Whitelist registration link as pointed out below:
3. Upon clicking the link, you will be directed to our Whitelist & KYC Form:
- Fill out your First Name & Last Name.
- Fill out your Email address.
- Select you Country of Residence. Kindly note that citizens of China, Singapore, United States, and South Korea; are excluded for participating. Documents received belonging to the excluded countries will be deleted.
- Enter your ERC-20 Wallet Public Address. Do NOT enter an exchange public address as funds might get lost.
Accepted wallets include: Jaxx, Ethos Wallet, Trust Wallet, Enjin, MyEtherWallet, MetaMask, Mist, etc.
- Enter your intended Investment Amount.
- Provide KYC Documentation according to our guidelines:
Acceptable form of Identification (Must Include Photo):
- Passport
- Government-Issued Photo ID
- Driving License
Non-Acceptable form of Identification:
- Facebook Profile
- Student Card
- Identification Card without Photo
- Club Membership Card
- etc
Hide Unique ID Number:
You MUST HIDE your unique identification number (as seen below) on your Government-Issued Photo ID when submitting the photos. Else the form will be returned and the KYC process will remain incomplete.
- Please manually hide the unique identification number (e.g. using Post-it notes, using your finger, using masking tape, etc)
- Photo-shopped or Paint editing is also permitted
- Agree with the Libellum Token Sale Agreement and click on Submit to complete your registration.

Note: Be very careful of scams/hacks/phishing attempts. Libellum will only contact you from an official email (ending with @libellum.io). Only successful KYC participants will be contacted.
Once you’ve submitted your KYC with us we will review your application and get back to you within 48 hours. Upon successful review we will provide you with our crowd-sale address upon which you can invest into our project.
