There have been many presidents who either had been meh or just bad for America. But in this article, we will be going over the worst presidents within the last 121 years. This will be based on whether their policies are constitutional and if it was effective. The list will not be in any particular order.
First, some dishonorable mentions would include Richard Nixon, Herbert Hoover, and Bill Clinton. All of these presidents had bad economic policies to varying degrees.
