Can Jury Nullification Break the Dictatorship of Five Robes?

How many women will be convicted of “illegal abortion”, if the Five Robes overturn Roe V. Wade? I submit that NO women will EVER be convicted in the United States as long as juries are free to exercise their consciences, no matter what the Five Robes think. This is the constitutional check on government overreach.
