The ever-changing GameFi landscape has continued — and will continue — to evolve regardless of market conditions. In the last year, we have seen a lot of downtrends in the market and sadly this has seen a number of projects close their doors for good. As regrettable as this is, it is a factor of changing markets we have to accept; it’s not the first time and it won’t be the last.

On a much more positive note, there has been an even larger number of projects using this difficult period to focus their time, efforts and resources on other areas, one of the most crucial being development and quality. The quite beautiful games we are seeing establishing themselves in the space right now are sold proof of the belief in blockchain gaming, with traditional gaming veterans flooding the space and the quality beginning to rival that of console and PC gaming.

Remember, this is still the beginning of the blockchain gaming era, and this will only improve further. A simple way to look at it is console generations. The last titles produced on PS4 for example, were far superior to the first, which is proof that once developers get a real grip on the capabilities of technology, the final product gets better and better!

As the all-encompassing GameFi hub that we are, we will do whatever we can to ensure we make this crucial connection between games and the wider gaming community.

We’re going to start this process with a simple form for anyone and everyone interested in opportunities within these game projects to complete, and from there we can start to understand the wants, needs and limitations of the gamers, and connect them with the projects they are going to enjoy the most, and suit their skill-set.

This, of course, will be the best way to help the games too. They of course want as many gamers as possible, but in a perfect world, they want to be flooded with gamers that genuinely love their game!
