Compassionate Research with Lief
From A Small Studio Now A Research Multimedia Enterprise.
My name is Nathaniel Nguyen-Phan — an Alief-Houston based graphic artist working towards and with another for the sake of this world by being a productive members of society and striving for a compassionate world. On January of this year, I decided to turn a new lief and became a writer for innovation through development and research.
I utilized my insight within the Technology sector of Apple Inc. and funded a dedicated space strictly and purely for creative intensive purposes called Studio Lief. When I started, I did not realize what I did was my going forward into a Think Tank that I remained in my space for days — writing, contemplating, researching, sketching, reading, and everything else you could imagine. I was alone most of the time. Although some might think this is crazy to lock oneself in a room for days on end like the brilliant Heath Ledger that intentionally outcasted himself in a hotel to become The Joker. From my experience, I understand now what I did not see before from the power of solitude. We are the only creatures on this planet instilled with this natural ability of self-reflection from deep thought. If we allow ourself to elope into our cognitive void, we begin to see what those from the past called the Divine Intervention. The idea is to provide a sense of calling — to fuel innovation. Unlocking other potential qualities we never thought existed because of whatever distraction or doubt we had taken up space within our minds.
Sheer perseverance, intense research and empowered with confidence, I started to finalize a business project that was in my head for the last decade, and from that experience, held the silver lining that weaved all my passion and endeavors in a concise timeline made achievable and synergetic. Utilizing data collected from varies websites, academic and business-related journals, I called it From The Lief Incorporated, an investment holding company that solely works within its subsidiaries to lower chances of fraud, risk, and double taxation.
Fast forward to today, after a few months of further intense research and consultation through a small privately selected advisory board within my network. Studio Lief & Company was born, an online research multimedia platform funded by From The Lief Inc. dedicated to assisting individuals, specifically small business owners with insight and services that are heavily influenced by their research as its key factor. In general, the research found is for varies purposes; however, it is not limited. Currently, the research conducted revolves around figuring out the potential job growth within the Houston city area, business to business relationship development, and the economy on a domestic scale. Insight has provided to a small group of private members that are part of the advisory board of From The Lief Inc. insight into what is current within the industry.
I instilled into this company at its core; the answer to all our problems — Compassion by knowledgable and multifaceted in many sectors of work utilizing marketing, design, advertising, and brand identity.
My first project was given to me during a private networking event to propose a solution saving capital used within a distribution channel. The company who wished to remain anonymous asked why they were breaking even. The business plan was solid, and the owner had all it takes to run the show — charisma, confidence, and southern charm that made the brand. I acknowledged that it was true, right. However, what is considered the right thing to do may not have been the right time to initiate it. The business plan again was grand — it had everything consciously thought out; however, there was a missing competency that slipped through the cracks. It was quite ironic that if I were to explain who this person was, one could believe that they were quite conservative and had a mind like most men born from a generation of military affiliate and kin within the oil and gas.
Conversely, the person went about his business very liberal and provided many programs for employees to take part in like quality healthcare, retirement, and employee stock purchase plan to gym membership reimbursement. It is admirable when a company can provide such blessings for someone. I choose to propose to him an initiative to alleviate a component by eliminating parts of his support team within his brand and provided a virtual agent call center within my brand to support his operation.
Alternatively, provided consultation to develop stronger business strategies and analyzed marketing data given to me in turn, the fulfillment of a need — contrary to what some may consider and misinterpret for social conservatism. Financial conservatism is needed. We cannot all start off providing support through mediums such as photojournalism and capturing a great story through short filmmaking or upholding a dedicated design team. Apple Inc. time after time does nothing but purely innovate an idea and then provide funding to other companies to produce their work. They knew the strategy when the time arises to sieze the moment; you take it.
Through a small but mighty initiative yields stronger codependency that paves success. I realize that what I did was creating more lucrative and straightforward solutions to help other companies raise capital.
Studio Lief & Co. aims to become the beacon of hope for individuals who believe they lost their way or sought of a plan to innovate by providing a place dedicated to converse, conserve and critique for the sake of progression and preservation.
