Action Req: Future Articles Will Not Publish Here Anymore
Hello, Phoenixes! I have decided to roll up all of my brands, which are naturally converging as 2025 begins. There will still be articles, streams, communities, etc. I’m just moving where you’ll find them.
Key change: use algorithm-driven platforms less. That means less posting to LinkedIn since they show nearly none of you these things.

The core of my content and community will be: supporting you wherever you are on your work’s and life’s paths.
Career direction, introspection, personal improvement, and doing our best work. Keeping our job, finding a new job, creating or growing our own business, staying in tech, leaving tech… whatever path you choose in each moment.
As part of that convergence:
- All articles will be posted to Medium. They are free and are not behind a paywall. Please subscribe and turn on notifications so you get an email when I publish.
- Community activity is shifting to the Delta CX Hive Discord. It’s completely free to join.
- Live streams will primarily be on Twitch. Archives on YouTube. I’m planning a bunch of new stream types for 2025. See our event calendar!
- Posts and “thoughts” will be on Bluesky. I hope Bluesky will replace Instagram and LinkedIn.
- I’m expanding my coaching. I still do what I call “work-related advising.” Since I’m in school now for traditional coaching, including all areas of life and self-improvement, my coaching range has expanded. Check out my new Coaching website. First call is free!
Nearly everything will continue to be free of charge.
This isn’t a move toward monetization. I’m not pushing a paid Medium or Substack. I have a Patreon if you want to thank me with financial support, but it’s optional!
I’m still trying to help people as much as possible, but the algorithms work against me.

My next action: I’ll be working in the coming weeks on re-publishing the articles that were in Life After Tech to the R Before D publication. I’ll then delete the Life After Tech publication.
