For a few days, M shared my need for naturism and nudity, including interactions with others who were also nude at Green Haven. We didn’t talk about what to do or what not do, both of us just became fully present in that small nudist community, and fully present to each other and those with whom we interacted.

After five full days at Green Haven, it was time to for us to return to everyday life. Following the stay at Green Haven, we went on a two-week tour to visit extended family, distant friends, and to do some hiking. For those two weeks, depression and shadows faded and became distant memories.

I was present, positive, and enjoyed the days away from home. I had continued to write in the quiet moments which I found along the way, and I didn’t feel too anxious when those moments for writing didn’t appear with any regularity. Then we returned home.
