The next day didn’t allow much time for Sarah and Griffin to catch their breath. Both were inundated with documents that needed to be completed in their respective roles as Cabinet Minister and Chief of Staff for the Minister. Griffin and Sarah were asked if there were others whom they wanted on staff.

Griffin immediately thought of a few of his siblings, along with three colleagues he had come to know in Golden. Sarah saw an equal opportunity to do the same, thinking of Cernunnos who was currently in Edmonton. However, both replied that they would get back to the aide with some names and would leave it to the Civil Service to supply the rest of the needed staff.

It was a bureaucratic nightmare that couldn’t be avoided. Griffin hoped that the end result would be worth the headaches. There were quite a few staff positions that needed to be filled with some of them tailor made for a few of his siblings.

The Mother would be having the final say in who was to do what which meant that he would have to contact her to initiate a meeting of the clan once he returned to Golden. Griffin had suggested that Sarah could nominate her preferences for a few of the positions only to be told that she could only think of two candidates.
