What do you love most about your Job at Keeptruckin?
What I love most about my job at KeepTruckin is that there is a genuine spirit of cooperation and shared goals. This truly creates a family environment where everybody is there for each other. I work full-time on a flexible schedule and can simultaneously pursue my other passions.
What’s one aspect of recruiting that requires the most effort — and how do you handle it?
Recruitment can be tough at times. It requires hard work, perseverance, and focus, all while trying to get the work done and jobs filled. As recruiters, we are primarily responsible for sourcing the right talent. So building the pipeline is one aspect that requires the most effort.
What is the most valuable lesson you have learned in your career?
The most valuable lesson I have learned in my career is patience. Everything comes at the right time and one should always trust the process.
Jobseekers can often feel overwhelmed by the process of applying to new jobs. What is something you can share about the hiring process at KeepTruckin that would put them at ease?
Candidates should always look out for jobs that are relevant to their skillsets. A question that is often asked by candidates is whether they would hear back from us or not. At KeepTruckin, we believe in giving feedback. So hearing back from a company would definitely put candidates at ease.

I believe the 3 competencies that make a candidate outstanding are;
1. Confidence
2. Communication
3. Positive Attitude
If there was one piece of advice you would give to someone who is considering a career move at this time, what would it be?
Start asking yourself what you really want, make a plan and stick to it. Stop worrying about the things that are yet to happen. All you need to do is make efforts to achieve your goals.
