Sana, let’s begin on a high note. Tell us what you love about your job here at KeepTruckin?
I love the company culture. Everyone here is so supportive and helpful. As time passes, I can feel myself growing and nurturing professionally here at KeepTruckin.
Another thing that I love about KeepTruckin is how our leadership provides this sense of ownership to all the employees. We are given this creative liberty to adjust processes to achieve the goals, which is truly amazing.
What’s one aspect of recruiting that requires the most effort — and how do you handle it?
Finding a candidate with both the required skill set and who is a good fit for the company is challenging. Most of the candidates are good with either one of these. But to find a star with the best of both worlds is the ultimate goal!
What is the most valuable lesson you have learned in your career?
Be consistent and patient, learn through the process, and don’t rush to achieve it all at once.
Jobseekers can often feel overwhelmed by the process of applying to new jobs. What is something you can share about the hiring process at KeepTruckin that would put them at ease?
We’re rooting for you! We do our best to connect with candidates and make them comfortable throughout the process. Interviewing is tough but our goal is to make it as painless as possible!
If there was one piece of advice you would give to someone who is considering a career move at this time, what would it be?
I would say, Go for it! The market is hot. If you feel you’re not growing at your current workplace or feeling undervalued, then this is the right time to make a move. And of course, to join KeepTruckin!
