It’s an exciting time to be a part of Motive, as our Enterprise Sales team grew by 100% last year and plans to double that mark in 2024. At Motive, we offer favorable growth opportunities within the Enterprise Sales organization for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) at Motive.

We’re expanding our sales presence at Motive to reinforce our impact on the industry. Our primary goal is to scale direct sellers using a deliberate approach that doesn’t oversaturate territories and focuses on what will help us three years from now as opposed to the short term.

Trials are a common process with which many of our teams are familiar and have scaled with large global customers in previous roles. We continue to improve the trial process for clients and provide a white glove experience” — a critical selling approach for our industry.
