Alexandria Parish, Customer Success Manager at Motive, took the stage as one of the summit’s round table speakers. The event had a lineup featuring renowned personalities like actresses Kerry Washington and Sheryl Lee Ralph and top tech executives worldwide.
Alexandria’s round table discussion was centered on customer success and overall sales strategies. She emphasized the pivotal role of customer experience in ensuring sales triumphs. The 4-day summit delved into various topics, from breaking glass ceilings and the ascent of Generative AI to the crucial role of cybersecurity in sales.
