Why did you join Motive?

It was a company with a lot of potential, and I’ve been really grateful for the opportunities I’ve received because of the growth Motive has experienced.

I’m grateful for having started my sales journey at Motive. As an account executive, the company celebrated and acknowledged my milestones and performance, and they also offered me equal opportunities to learn and grow.

As a manager, I could hone my skills because of the mentorship and coaching I received from my director. This support and guidance from the team helped me become the leader I am today.
