Our policy was built by our team
Pandemic life showed us collaboration can happen even when we’re apart. It also showed us that being able to change scenery or spend time with family before 5 pm can spark creativity and new solutions. So we listened when our team asked for more flexibility in when and where they work.

In-person collaboration matters. Our team is filled with awesome, talented humans with big ideas, so we’ll make sure there’s space for spending time together. If you want a desk in an office, we’ll have one for you in amazing cities around the world.

Your office can — and should — be anywhere. Work from home, work from an office, work in an office across the country or on the other side of the globe, or work from wherever you’re spending time.

About the policy
Our Work From (Almost) Anywhere policy lets employees choose how often they work from the office, if at all. Employees have an extensive list of approved locations from all over the world where they can work on a visiting, temporary, or permanent basis.
