The situation where we are today is unprecedented, with everyone in our country adapting to the changes of how we work, socialize, and travel due to the COVID-19 outbreak. In such a challenging time, it is more important than ever to ask ourselves what it really means for us and how we should adapt for the better, not only for the short-term, but also for the long-term.

For us in Pegipegi, this is the time where we believe to even strengthen further our commitment in balancing the long-term sustainability of the industry we are in, our business partner needs and interests, the safety and security of our customers and employees, and our business continuity. Our business remains operating at full capacity with the majority of our employees working from home. Our customer service team continues to serve a significantly higher number of requests from our customers to deal with disruptions on their travel plans. Our market management team, together with our marketing team, are redefining the strategy on how we can best optimize the current state of adjusted demand and how we can best prepare to be ahead of the curve when the situation is improving. We believe that this approach will help us to continue to work together with you now to adapt to the current changes.

It is our responsibility as business leaders to assess the situation constantly, and adapt quickly as the situation evolves, without losing optimism that we will weather the storm and without forgetting that we are in this together.
