Afhni is one of four interns at Sticar. Starting from October 2018 until January 2018, Afhni and 3 other people tried #LifeatSticar’s. How was her working experience in this advertising technology startup? Let’s check it out!
Talking about the beginning, at first, Afhni looked for the company for the internship and asked one of his colleagues. As suggested to choose Sticar, then Afnhi began to find out about Sticar.
Afhni, who studied at Bina Nusantara University, chose to try an internship experience as a client relationship officer. Every day she’s being client support that ensures that Sticar has done the best service for clients and prospective clients. Afhni also learned to make a bid proposal (quotation) and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
For her, the working atmosphere at Sticar was different as if it wasn’t like an office, every day full of its own excitement. Bumped in the solid team and fun coworkers that embracing each other, this makes her feel enjoy spending her job without pressure.
Afhni was placed in a division called Sales and Operation team. Having a strong bound team, it gives her the opportunity to develop and dare to convey ideas without hesitation.
Her entire experience at Sticar has taught Afhni about communicating widely, as like many interactions that have been made with other teams and clients. More than that, the main goal for the internship is achieved, starting from learning to accept job responsibilities, to doing work well and professionally.
