Halloween is a holiday celebrated each year on October 31, and Halloween 2019 occurred on Thursday, October 31. The tradition of celebrating Halloween clearly spread throughout the world thanks to the current globalization.

Plus, Halloween is not related to any specific ethnicity, age or other protected classification, it’s a holiday that almost everyone likes to celebrate. More importantly, Halloween isn’t connected with any religion so diverse employees are rarely offended. This is a plus in a world where the top holidays celebrated internationally are often connected to religion.

So, Halloween has such powerful potential as a celebration in the office :)

At Walepay, we celebrated Halloween by wearing a costume! If usually, we come to the office wearing a formal outfit, special on the day of the Halloween office employees are dress up specifically to their characters.

Creating a culture, such as Halloween, can support a positive and productive environment. Happy employees are not necessarily productive employees, and productive employees are not necessarily happy employees. It is important to find aspects of the culture that will support each of these qualities for the employees.

It's not as complicated as you'd think. But it's not as simple as you'd think either.
