The cool summer breeze
the mist of the waves
I miss how you feel on my skin,
the long lazy days
the glow of the sun
the smiles of young children within.
The sound of the wind,
the feel of the sand,
the happiness building inside.
I look in your eyes; you look into mine
and say it will all be alright.
