“Worrying doesn’t empty tomorrow of its troubles, it empties today of its strength.” -Corrie Ten Boom. We all have days when we feel overwhelmed or stressed out. We all have things we need to do. We all have responsibilities. The last thing we feel like doing on those days is working hard and thinking positive. But what we need to do is work hard and think positive. Here are 3 mantras that can help achieve peace of mind.

1. You are a product of your environment

If you spend the time to think about it, you’ll realize that the majority of the time, we are the product of our environments. Our environments make us who we are, whether we like it or not. Our environments make us who we are, whether we like it or not. For example, say your best friend is going through a really rough patch in her life. She’s just been fired due to corporate restructuring, and she has no idea how she’s going to pay her bills. She’s never been in this kind of situation before, so she’s freaking out. You, on the other hand, have been living paycheck to paycheck your whole life. You don’t know what it’s like to have a steady income, and you’ve never been fired. You’re very calm, because you’ve been through this before. You’re a product of your environment. You’re used to living without a steady income. You’re used to not having a steady job. You’ve learned to adapt to this lifestyle, and you’re basically a pro at it.

It’s no secret that our surroundings have an effect on us. Our environment can be a positive or negative influence on our actions. Sometimes, we can’t even control it. But how can we control it? How can we influence it? How can we change our environment to something that we want? One of the most important things you can do is take control of your environment. Change the things you can control to make it something that you want. If you don’t like the people in your life, don’t be around them. If you don’t like the way your office is decorated, talk to your boss about changing it. Don’t be a product of your environment. Be the product of your environment.

It’s an old saying that you are a product of your environment. Well, it’s true! We are the product of our environment. Our environment can make us a better person or it can make us a worse person. Sometimes, this environment can be the people around us, but often, it is our environment that we can control. If you know that you are a product of your environment, then you can control your environment to make yourself a better person. If you are around people who are constantly fighting and arguing, this is going to bring out the worst in you. You will begin to argue and fight as well. If you are around people who are always laughing and having a good time, you will want to be around that environment as well. You will want to be the best you possible.

2. Creating clarity from the chaos

The world is full of people who say they are stressed out and don’t have peace of mind. Many of us are living in environments that are not conducive to peace of mind. This can lead to anxiety, stress, and depression. However, we can change our environments and become a product of our environment. The first thing to do is to accept that we are the product of our environment. The next step is to be aware of the environment that we are currently in and identify the things that are causing us to feel stressed out. Once we’ve identified the things in our environment that are causes of stress, we can take action to remove them from our lives. This does not mean that we have to get rid of all the things that cause us to feel stressed, but it does mean that we need to do something about them.

You are what you think. It’s about time you master your mind. Great things are achieved by people who believe they can do it. The first step to achieving anything you want in your life is to believe in your ability to achieve it. You cannot succeed if you do not believe in yourself. I used to think that a student’s grades are determined by his intelligence. As grades are the most important factor in admission to a university, I believed that my grades are dependent on my intelligence (IQ). I was very good at taking tests, so I got good grades. I was very good at memorizing, so I did well in school. I was very good at taking tests, but I was not very good at thinking. I was very good at memorizing things, but I usually forgot them as soon as the test was over. I was very good at quick thinking, but I did not consider the consequences of my actions. It was not until college that I realized that my grades were not dependent on my intelligence (IQ), but on my effort and discipline. I learned that my grades were a reflection of the amount of effort I was willing to put in, not how smart I was.

3. You are in control

Most of the time, we all feel like we’re not in control of our lives. We feel like we’re being dragged along and we’re fighting just to stay afloat. Many of us feel like there’s a lot of things that are outside our control and that we’re not really in control of our own life. That’s not entirely true though. Perhaps there isn’t much that you can control, but it’s up to you to decide which of these things you can let affect your life.

In our society, we’re bombarded with stress. There’s pressure to perform at work, to achieve a certain level of income, to live an organized life and to be “happy” all the time. We are taught to believe that we are a slave to our circumstances and that we have no choice in the matter. But the truth is that we have the freedom to choose our thoughts, to choose our actions, to choose our lifestyle. In fact, we have complete control over our thoughts and actions. We can change our circumstances. We can decide what to do during the day, who we interact with and how. We do have control. We just need to take control of our own lives and not let others dictate how we should live.

Conclusion

You have the ability to control your thoughts, and with that comes the power to control your life.
