Tried Exercise for 20 Days
What I learned doing morning exercise for 20 days.

From the start of March I have been engaging into exercise.
Being an absolute beginner I was overwhelmed with tones of body parts to target and that has proved challenging for me. I have settled on cardio and targeting the lower abdomen.
I wasn’t lifting weights of any kind.
The exercises I have been performing consisted of:
- Flutter Kicks — this is the kind where you lay down with your back and swing your legs back and forth.
- Russia twists- this is the kind where you move your lower abdomen while seated with your legs up swinging your hands sideways.
- Push-Ups — this is where you push up your upper body with your hands tied to the ground.
- Abs roller — been using the abs roller to target the lower abdomen. First, this exercise proved very difficult with a lot of mistakes to take care of, or else you could end up damaging your spinal.
- Sideway mountain climbing — this is where you place your body like you’re doing some push-ups while moving your legs in the opposite direction like you are climbing.
